Medicare Advantage Plan covers emergency care. However, the plan does not cover hospice care. This project is contracted by the federal government, who pay them a fixed amount per person for the Medicare benefit. The plan also offer coverage for hearing, vision, and dental services.
The Medicare Advantage Plan has three basic plans: Health Maintenance Organizations, Preferred Provider Organizations, and Private Fee-For-Services. Clients who enroll in a Medicare Advantage Plan also have Medicare. All Medicare Advantage Plans cover Part A and Part B services but have different cost and rules.

Each Medicare Advantage Pan has a limit on a client’s out-of-pocket expenses for Part A and B services, which tend to be high. The plan has lower cost-sharing for services like chemotherapy and dialysis but is higher for other services. A person can join Medicare Advantage Plan if they have Medicare Parts A and B, live in the plan’s service area, and don’t have End-Stage Renal Disease.
Clients can choose a plan that offers Part D if they want drugs covered in their package. People with health covers from their unions can enroll in a Medicare Advantage Plan through their sponsor. It is important to talk to your employer before changing from one plan to another.
