Hildebrandt had big dreams. He had the talent and determination to be a professional baseball player. Everything began well. He was one of the stars of his high school team and got a lot of looks from scouts. But his shoulder could not take the strain, and he blew it out in his last year of High School.
Not one to give up easily, he decided he would make something of himself in another field. He went to Texas A&M, worked as a bartender and waiter in college, and managed to save $2,000 by the time he graduated.
His success as a student brought him no closer to knowing what he wanted to do with his life. He posted his resume online and got a call back about an insurance sales job. Randy was reticent to take it, but after a great deal of help and encouragement by people who saw potential in him he dedicated himself to the profession. He became a success as an insurance salesman when he realized that his job was not to sell insurance; it was to help people protect themselves and their families. In 2012, he left the company in which he got his start and joined the USHEALTH Group. It was one of the best moves Randy has ever made. Working with USHEALTH has allowed him to help more people get the security and protection they need against the dangers and contingencies of life. Today, Randy serves as a Satellite Division Leader.

It has helped re-build homes in storm-ravaged New Orleans and given thousands of dollars to local charities that support homeless and sick children.
